A private, family-owned company, Resolve Marine was founded by Joseph E. Farrell, Jr., a U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy veteran. Farrell acquired his first tug and served as captain and owner as he launched his marine salvage operation in Florida and the Caribbean in the early '80s. Resolve Marine was established in 1984.2025
